Why Is My Bank Transfer Not Showing on My Goldtresor Account?

Wire transfer deposits are credited twice on business days, around 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Crediting is suspended on weekends and public holidays.

If you would like to purchase precious metals immediately, you may use the instant card payment option.

For larger amounts, a bank transfer may be preferable due to the 1% urgency fee charged on card payments.

If your HUF transfer has not been credited to your Goldtresor account within 1 business day, or your EUR or USD transfer within 2 to 3 business days, please send the transfer confirmation to support@goldtresor.com.
