I Got Stuck During Customer Identification. What Should I Do?

If you prefer not to complete customer identification online, you can do so in person at our office on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM.

To do this, you first need to fill in your details on the Goldtresor customer identification form, then select the In-person customer identification option and arrange an appointment with one of our colleagues.
