Why Has My Precious Metals Account Balance Decreased?

If there is insufficient balance on the cash account, the system deducts account maintenance and storage fees from the precious metals account at the beginning of each month.

If you do not wish your precious metals account balance to decrease, it may be worth setting up a fixed monthly transfer that roughly covers the account maintenance and storage fees.

You can check the deducted fees under the Transactions menu after logging in to Goldtresor.

Gold: 0.05%/month (500 HUF per 1 million HUF)

Palladium: 0.092%/month (920 HUF per 1 million HUF)
