DEAR CLIENTS,
We would like to inform you that the Goldtresor system continues to operate during the coronavirus pandemic with its regular opening hours on weekdays, 24 hours a day, with the exception of the nightly 1-hour maintenance window.
You may continue to buy and sell precious metals in accordance with your account plan, make card payments, request withdrawals from your account, convert your precious metals account balance into physical products, and have them stored in custody.
In-person client services at Bank Center are currently suspended, expected to remain so until the declared state of emergency is lifted. Our staff are working from home across 3 separate locations, thereby minimising the risk of simultaneous infection.
Goods delivery is currently suspended — we will not be dispatching packages until this service is reinstated. We are working on restoring this function and kindly ask for your patience.
