Opening Hours Information

Our customer service office will be closed from 18 August to 22 August 2025. During this period, trading as well as deposits and withdrawals will continue as usual; only goods collection and home delivery will be suspended.

Further Information

Deposits: incoming funds will be credited in the usual manner on weekday mornings and afternoons.

Withdrawals: withdrawal instructions will be processed in the usual manner on weekday afternoons.

Trading: buying, selling, and consolidation of precious metals is available as normal, around the clock.

Delivery: packages requested for home delivery will depart from our centre on the afternoon of 25 August 2025, while in-person collection will be available from 09:00 on 25 August 2025 at our customer service office.
