I Have 6 Grams of Gold in My Account. Why Can't I Convert It to a 5-Gram Gold Bar?

If you have a Bonus or Premium account, the complimentary 1 gram of gold is also included in your balance.

Because the complimentary 1 gram of gold only becomes available for spending after the 36-month savings period, you must take this into account when converting your gold account or selling your balance (i.e. deduct 1 gram from your current balance).
