How Can I Collect My Stored Precious Metals?

With just a few clicks, you can request delivery of your gold, silver, platinum and palladium bars and coins stored at Goldtresor at any time. Both personal collection and insured home delivery are available.

To do this, simply place a delivery order in the Delivery menu for the products you wish to receive. After that, our colleagues will notify you by email once the goods have been prepared for collection or dispatched.

Although Goldtresor stores client custody holdings in Vienna, Zurich and Frankfurt, we maintain a liquidity stock in Budapest, so under normal market conditions you can usually collect the goods requested from custody almost immediately.
