How Can I Close My Goldtresor Account?

If you wish to close your Goldtresor account, please sell or collect your precious metals and request a withdrawal of the full cash balance held with us.

Once this has been completed, please notify us by email at support@goldtresor.com that you would like to close your account.

Account closure is free of charge and does not incur any cancellation fees.

If you do not hold any precious metals in Goldtresor, the Standard account carries no fees, so it may be worth notifying us by email of your intention to switch account plan if you wish to purchase gold again in the future.
