Goldtresor's in-person and telephone customer service will be closed from 27 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. Telephone support and in-person collection as well as home delivery will be available from 3 January 2024 at 09:00.

Goldtresor's in-person and telephone customer service will be closed from 27 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. Telephone support, in-person collection, and home delivery will be available again from 3 January 2024 at 09:00.

During the holiday period, deposits and withdrawals will be processed once per business day. Card payments will be credited immediately as usual.

Trading in physical precious metals will continue uninterrupted, except during the following periods and the usual weekend market closures:

25 December 2023 - trading closed

1 January 2024 - trading closed
